Hager Heiba

Hagar Heiba brings over 3 years of experience across the MEA region, with a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, public policy, and journalism and a Master’s degree in Political Communication. Throughout her career, Hagar has held  roles, including at Amazon, where she ensured adherence to regulatory standards and effectively mitigated compliance risks.

She also contributed to the Cairo International Center for Conflict Resolution (under the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs), Al-Ahram Online, and Forbes Middle East, leading strategic communication campaigns, notably during COP27.


Hagar specializes in managing business regulatory risks and compliance frameworks. Her experience highlights a proven ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes while fostering sustainable outcomes.
